No, our team of Webelocity Analytics Experts perform an entirely manual process that considers your business specifics and industry eCommerce trends. In addition to a monthly review, we establish automated daily KPIs tracking to take proactive measures towards any irregularities in your eCommerce performance, avoiding any negative impact on your actual customers.

Which tools for visualizing data do you use?

While our default option is Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), we are flexible and able to collaborate with any visualization tool you prefer, such as Power BI or Tableau.

Who is conducting the monthly analysis?

Can I customize the BI dashboards?

Can you perform analysis more frequently than once per month?

Yes! While the minimum default range for analysis is once a month, we have customers for whom we conduct daily checks. However, we recommend replacing daily checks with automated notifications and performing a complete analysis on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
