Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong foundation in the MERN stack to bolster our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound expertise in Typescript, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and MongoDB. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply passionate about backend development and desires to make a tangible impact in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications primarily using Typescript, Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure applications are performing optimally, are of high quality, and are responsive.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and rectify bottlenecks and bugs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry to continuously improve our offerings.

Essential Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Typescript and Express.js.
• Extensive experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with MongoDB.
• A solid grasp of web development best practices and scalability principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly across different departments.
• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Proactive in learning new technologies and frameworks related to backend development.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in React, especially React hooks, and an understanding of JavaScript map() function, Redux for state management, form validations, and making HTTP requests using Axios are beneficial but not mandatory.
